Well I am not so sure about the lawsuits being on behalf of the shareholders unless the shareholders names are on the lawsuit such as MLLS I believe. Shareholders have to retain an attorney I believe. The lawsuit should award DFNL money for lost realized revenues. I hope they win the cases because that money could be used to acquire smaller stations and not have to dilute the stock with shares in an aquistion.

If the company wins the settlement then the shareholders will profit by the price going up. Unrealized revenues will be what the settlement will be. This will make their cash flow more impressive. From what I am seeing it the trading charts and reports this one will soar straight up once buying pressure hits it. This one moves very very well on the small volume it has seen.

If the PR firm gets out some valid news releases with numbers of revenue you could have a rocket here. All indication show this one to having a short fuse. Who ever bought in today proved it moves on 25K. By the time people figure this one out it will be gone. Also if you can get solid investors that will hold and not double dump you could have this back to $2.00 - $3.00 in a heart beat.

Study the trading reports and I think you will see what I mean. I think you have found a terrific one. I like it just on the trading charts and really that to me overshadows the potential of the future. LOL

Happy Trading
