Yarek, if you are talking to me I was planning a listing on the VSE, I have secured rights to a piece of land near a proven gas and oil supply. As acting president I have over 20 yrs experience in the finding and handling of Oil and Gas. We intend to start drilling in the spring and will only issue 1 million shares at $1.00 each with warrents attached. The company is called Bogus Oil&Gas.... A little more detail from the prospectus would indicate that the land was my backyard which is located 1/4 mile from a gas station and I have been driving for over 20 years so used to dealing with Oil&Gas..
