In defense of Sultan. Ultimately this comes down to a legal challenge. Again I am not sure putting all your cards in a public forum is a good strategy. It gives the defendant the opportunity to prepare a defense. I trust that there are other strategies occurring in the background. I guarantee that any legal action that goes forward will suggest that this board be shut down. You can not tell the enemy how much ammunition you got. It will result in further NRs. Propaganda vs. propaganda. Further, if anyone wants to file an Access to Information Act, or the Privacy Act, or Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act request, I can give you first class advice, but I will not do it publicly on this board. I suggest you offer this option to other shareholders who may have various talents. Cheers.
