I'm sure the sex was consensual. It was still wrong. Even if as is now claimed the kid was on the other side of his 16th b'day. I think thats a cya lie btw. Its not a lie.....Media Matters has a copy of his license. Whether its wrong or not is your entitled opinion but it was still between two consenting individuals. BTW how old was the guy who had sex with the 16 year old? What is it about the book? Elementary schools aren't the place for "queering" or anything involving homosexuality. I have not read the book. However a quick look at its Amazon page suggests it encourages the discussion of homosexual relationships in school.
