@cypress Thanks for pointing to the form 8-K. The last sentence form item 8.01 is the one to look at: "Current holders of shares of the Company’s common stock will have their shares cancelled and will receive no consideration under the terms of the Draft Plan of Reorganization." Regards

"Well, actually, it's a draft plan of reorganization, so it's not really really really over yet, I guess" Well you are right, Its kinda over but not really over yet. Its only a draft what the management is proposing. I am still waiting for the result of the court hearing from oct 2, if the judge rejects the motion then I would say its prettymuch over. But if we get the commitie appointed then I guess we would have a real good chance of getting something back.
