I surely think so. I will be on the phone to a Service Consultant at 7::00 a.m. in the morning promptly to discuss my issue with him.

I will also ask that they give me a loner car if they cannot get it fixed on time for me. Mph led me to a couple of sites with good information on window problems and other problems with different year models. I hope they agree with me, as if I am not satisfied with their service, the sites do recommend I call Daimler-Chrysler direct, as they do list a telephone number for you to discuss your issues directly to them and they will give you a case number to take to the dealer. I really hope it does not come to this as I will be speaking to their Service Consultant's ears early a.m., and secondly asking to speak to the Dealership owner personally if I am not satisfied with the consultant's remarks. One thing I insist on is having reliable transportation for my personal activities and our household. Other than window problems, I have had no other kinds and really have enjoyed driving mine. It's a perfect color and size for me.

Glad I will have time to sleep on it until early morning as my twin may behave differently than I generally do if she shows up first. <gg> My birth sign is Gemini.
