Do you have in mind boom in USD? If so why do you fear?

I presently see some very bad policies coming out of the party currently in power, almost it seems they might have a death wish, because once folks figure out how thoroughly they are being phucked in the name of big pharma and big insurance (both heavy contributors to the party in power), they will be looking to vote for someone, anyone else.

It is very difficult to get hard information out of these birds, but here is some, and it does not look good (see the tables, particularly the premium cost as a percent of income under the Baucus proposal):

cbpp.org

Single person with pre tax income over $32,500 will pay premium of 13% of pre tax income for a "silver" plan (my understanding: the lowest benefit plan on the list)...

as will family of 3 with pre tax income over $55,000.

These are not princely sums in today's USD... and folks at this income level already paying income tax, property tax, sales tax, rent, food, utilities, car payments, credit card bills, etc. will not be thrilled with another 13% siphon.

They will remember who's hand has the gun in their back demanding their wallet. IMHO they will remember and seek revenge.
