I posted this link cause it says what I have found out about why the markets always up and down and sometimes up and down so much.. And people make all kinds of assumptions without knowing the real facts on why. When CYMI went from 50 to 25, It was amazing, they got downgraded and even though the company said there is no problem, the stock still dropped and everyone made comments, The bears who were short kept pointing out all the things like lost orders, burnt out light bulbs etc etc etc.. I am not long or short the stock so I looked into it and found out there is nothing wrong with the company, but it was a chance for some speculators to make some money. Even after the earnings report which they beat, but was supposed not to and comments about growth and orders being okay the stock hasent rallied back, the best one was when their ipo broker downgraded them when the stock was around 50% off the high. I think all these comments about market valuation and earnings reductions are pure noise, look deeper and you will see the real story. After all things coudnt have changed that much in a week. Like this comment Alex Brown, which had re-iterated a "strong buy" on Dell recently, is today downgrading the stock to a "buy." . This is the same firm with strong buy on boston chicken when it was 25 even though it was clear the company was all gas. This jumper takes the cake though in a lot of things. But then again most of the stupid bears go hide when the markets going against them and come out and make stupid comments when they think its the time to show up and scare a few people. At least bears like mohan makes sence in a lot of ways but I dont think he realises that hes being used as well. After all a company can have a P/E of 50 and be perfectly undervalued. or a P/E of 6 and be over valued. In the scheme of things we are all being used, and trying to figure out just how is the name of the game in making money.techstocks.com
