Obama's lawyers are being rather specious in their arguments. Why is it that Obama can't simply tell the truth and reveal the documents ask for rather than drag this on-------the longer he drags on with not revealing any documents, the worse it will get. Certainly he must understand this----unless he wants to stay in as long as he can without facing the music. "Lawyers representing Obama in the case claim "no single federal district court has the power to declare that a sitting president is not fit or qualified to occupy the office, and is, therefore, not a legitimate president." The attorneys have argued the election process and Constitution allow only Congress to examine the credentials of a presidential candidate, and in any event, that opportunity is long gone. They have argued, "Plaintiffs simply are not the proper parties to challenge President Obama's qualifications or fitness for office and this court is not the proper forum to decide this issue." MJ Comment: Seems we need a movement of millions of Americans being the plaintiffs. What is the truth Mr. Obama? How can Mr. Obama sleep at night as he and his lawyers pour more money into not answering questions that should have been answered in the Primary? No longer can the left and Mr. Obama talk about birthers----this is much larger than birthers-----this is about the whole nation.

Instead of just presenting the facts to make it go away, they answer the judge like this. Seems like they are worried to me. I also dismiss any argument that says no other President's were made to provide birth certificates in the past. Totally irrelevant and about as stupid a defense in a case like this that I could imagine. The people trying deflect this off appear more shrill and stupid than those simply requesting information to verify the man's citizenship status. The delusional are the anti-birthers. Like I have been saying, Obama has not confirmed his citizenship status. Fact. Seems like I have a judge that agrees.
