This year they just told me they are only raising my premium a measly 15%! What else went up 15% YOY after 20% last year YOY? If it was a commodity marketplace in shortage you could understand... but this is essentially a service industry. Anybody who says this is a 'free market' at work, and supports the status quo should look at your numbers and a light bulb should go on. Anyone that says tort reform will solve most of our problems should look at these numbers... lawsuits didn't go up THAT much in the last 2 years. This is not a free market. As far as I'm concerned your bills are exhibit A for a public option.
