Subsidiary Identified as a Key Software Provider to American
International Group Data Center

BOHEMIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 31, 1997--Computer
Concepts Corp. (NASDAQ:CCEE) announced today that its wholly-owned
SOFTWORKS subsidiary has signed a five-year contract with American
International Group Data Center, Inc. (AIGDC), a subsidiary of
American International Group, Inc. (AIG), to provide systems
management software. AIGDC has entered into a software license which
allows AIGDC to utilize SOFTWORKS' Performance Arena and DataStor
Arena products throughout its global data centers.
"Enterprise standardization of SOFTWORKS products allows AIG to
further ensure system availability, fulfillment of service level
agreements, optimization of technology, and overall superior service
to our customers," said John Sterni, Senior Vice President of AIGDC.
Under the terms of the agreement, AIGDC will utilize Performance
Essential products from SOFTWORKS' Performance Arena to derive
maximum performance from its mission-critical systems and
applications. SOFTWORKS' Performance will provide AIGDC with better
service to its client base by substantially improving system and
application performance while reducing processing times.
Additionally, AIGDC will utilize Catalog Solution from SOFTWORKS'
DataStor Arena. Catalog Solution is the leading catalog management
solution, and will help AIGDC ensure system availability and data
reliability.
