I was just in a week long court proceeding. There are a lot of games you can play back when they are itching to nail you. Dress comfortably and impeccably. Fast the day before. Address the judge when answering truthfully the questions put to you. Answer only what you have perfect recollection of anything else answer you don't recall. A good lawyer will talk above your head and bore you putting you into a quasi-hypnotic state all the while trying to provoke you.
