Shell in Nigeria is corrupting government for decades and somehow their accounting never show billions transfered under the table. Africa is hard to understand, maybe because borders which were established by colonial powers had nothing to do with the roots of the tribes. There should be at least ten times more countries on this continent, but the blood will be main nutrient for the soil for a long time to come.
