FWIW, if you read the SI terms of use, you will see that they claim a right to use, sell, or publish anything posted here, including all information and writing. Non-exclusively, but still. Has anybody but me ever read this particularly grabby link off the bookmarks page?

Kinda like those shrink-wrap licenses, and it probably does violate the Berne convention. As does much else on the Internet.
