He also believes that one nuclear weapon isn't a threat if you have more. Apparently he is a city sacrificer and the loss of an entire city isn't a threat in his mind. He is obviously mentally challenged.

When has he ever said :

"his bellicose promises to blow Israel off the map and attack the US?"

he has threatened to close the Straights of Hormuz if attacked. That's about it.
