Not anymore. All the quarantine issues are handled stateside. I asked about that and what Dave told me is they had to have various blood work done. There are only two labs in the US who are allowed by Hawaii handle this. They had the blood drawn and shipped to a lab in Kansas City, and that lab sends the results directly to the state. They also had to reimmunize the dogs for a variety of things, rabies being one, even though they had current immunizations for Colorado.
