(No, I don't think she does. I heard her remarks on Charlie Rose, and what she was complaining about was that European Companies get a big competitive advantage over ours because they get to WRITE OFF health care costs on their taxes because of Europe's VAT tax system... and that disadvantages our manufactured exports. But, when asked very directly, she DID NOT say she supported a US VAT. Merely that she wanted to end the export advantage that European companies have.) Re: "Dollar is the world's currency joke." No, not really. (For example: WHAT major currency is superior for purposes of global commerce, or for long-term store of value? Euro, Yen, Pound? Hardly.... Yuan? It's pegged to the Dollar. :-)
