I hope they take on the Class action and find something criminal with regard to the way the management of this company acted. It would be well worth it to me to see these "nice people" do some time even in a minimum security prison.

I was just responding to what happens next question by the poster..

I know if class action is pursued, there is no cost to share holders and although normally I don't care for it, having been involved in many a fiasco in the market over the years (hell, I have a stack of paper sitting on my desk for various companies that I should be filling out), I certainly hope it is filed in this case..

I don't even care much what the share holders recover, since in scheme of things it will not be meaningful for some of us, but based on news releases that company issued last 12-18 months, there are enough grounds to question these folks..

I do find it amazing in a way.. If the buyer had actually offered a token .10 - .15 per share based on the closing price, this whole thing would have blown over without any noise.. I do hope it ends up being an expensive lesson for some people other then share holders who are already holding the bag..
