Actually, what I should do is to take a margin loan (when possible) for the amount I invested so I can avoid selling any shares and the associated commissions.

A on the edge. Close your eyes and see the the direction moving up. It is going to be alright, because time is on your side. Shorts are not, and there is no need to think of that other direction becuase we are at resistance and even Matt didn't get his trade filled at the lower level. Resistance is the name!
