I do believe that "How Fast" is the hitch. A few years is a long time when it comes to markets.

The process of opening a new mine is long these days seeing as there are so many considerations to take into account prior to getting it opened (e.g. environment). And if you open an old mine, you might be responsible for cleaning up the previous mess making the process much longer. IMO we have a few years before we need to worry about the supply side.
