I have a few containers of Elk meat Chili in the freezer right now and a package my son's girlfriend made in there too. I think we'll try the girlfriend's Chili Sat night. Most everything she's cooked for us was good, so I expect that will be good too. I like to eat my chili next to a camp fire on granite ware plates with chopped onions, shredded cheddar and corn bread. Maybe a good beer on the side. I'd surely appreciate a recipe for famous Chili. ;)
