You asked me for proof, he was kind enough to give it to you in spades, so you mosey on to another subject. You gave me an Ann Coulter article and a superficial editorial. What proof did you give us? The disparity among states indicates poor availability of health by social class...I have made this point several times and you keep coming back with medicaid and emergency room arguments...there's so much wrong with that it's hard to know where to start, from the financial aspects of it to the inequality and ineffectiveness of the process.
