The following is a section of a small story by CP today:

Walsh to resign as head of BSR in BXM deal

Under terms of the deal, bxm will go into bankruptcy next week but bsr will remain in limited operation. Walsh will step down and call a shareholders meeting to elect a new board of directors.

bsr does not need to be included in the bankruptcy because most of its assets, which consist largely of $26 million in cash, are already under court control.

I don't know about you guys but I will be voting for Mickey Mouse as Chairman and Donald Duck as CEO and president. These two will do a much better job than Walsh and his idiots.
