"Disclosure issues" means "are crooks". The party of Pelosi-Reid-Frank-Dodd-Rangel are there to represent criminal Americans. We have both the chief tax-writer and the head of Treasury/IRS (Geithner) who are tax cheats and an Attorney General (Holder) who is famous mostly for letting people go (Puerto Rican terrorists, Black Panthers, Bill Richardson).
