I agree and that definition contradicts other claims. That definition defines limitations on a being who is otherwise described as unlimited. The 'someone' characterisation is even problematic. Omnipresence as a divine attribute is less common in western traditional thinking than omnipotence, omniscience, or being eternal. Personally, I don't see how you can separate it out without some internal contradiction in your definition.
