I believe a buying oppurtunity is at hand, however I don't buy that today's 10% decline was in line with tech selloff this is twice as much (5 vs 10) avg and it happened late in day AFTER news warning. This must be related.

SNDK has already demonstrated their ability to integrate a æController on their flash devices. They must have it to be able to put a CompactFlash on a single chip, as they announced in their 80M flash announcement recently. So, it would not be a stretch to license æController/Flash technology to Siemens.

This is what I bet:

On Wednesday, they will announce a licensing pact with Siemens for æControllers which include flash memory. It would be the perfect device for a cell phone.

There are many companies working on integrating Flash with other gerneral digital logic.
