How are you going to create a massive new entitlement program and save money?

We are going to spend over 800 billion and 25 million will still be uninsured. What is the point?

that's if congress follows the bill like cutting 400 billion from medicare, which the lefts new hero Lindsey Graham says ain't gonna happen. He told Neil Cavuto he would buy him a new car if that happened. He said the old people would riot in the street and Senators would be voted out of office, so it ain't gonna happen.

He said a couple of years ago they had a Bill which would cut 53 billion from medicare and it got 24 votes. He said this bill will raise the deficit like crazy
