Rick, Thanks for that post. Sounds like a good racket. Maybe I'll set up shop in the British Virgin Islands and start getting into the Reg S business. Many of the 8-k documents they file the Reg S on are not electronically filed either meaning you have to order them and get a paper copy. It is eerie reading that and reminding myself I own a stock that engages in that type of deceptive behavior. Maybe the stock will kick up today so I can get out with a tidy profit.
