China is a political entity which controls a swarm of people. Chinese are the individuals living there but the word is also used for many of more or less distinct Chinese genetic background [near enough for government work anyway].

The scientific investigation I was doing was about the Nobel prizes awarded to people in China as a measure of historical freedom of people to pursue their talents in Mao's maelstrom and during the mess leading up to it.

Your racist slant was that Chinese who fled to freedom and joined up with English and American institutions and individuals to pursue their interests and use their talents in scientific pursuits should be counted as Nobel winners for China.

That's the sort of science one would expect from China = fake, crooked, dishonest and including lead and melamine.

Your slant was that China is a big deal Nobel winner and great place because plenty of brainy Chinese are doing great things elsewhere than in China. Note that Japan scored a lot of Nobels despite a tenth of the population of China.

The situation has changed a lot over recent decades and hopefully, with continued adoption of CDMA/OFDM mobile cyberspace will find things going even better and faster.

That slant. Hmmm.... haha, now that I write that, I realize you might be taunting me with another racial provocation. Okay, I don't claim to be Nobel material so I excuse myself for being slow on the uptake [or I'm flattering you unnecessarily for clever taunting] Though I did think it a dumb question - so I nearly spotted it sooner.
