<<If Ascend had not purchased CSCC, this would be $15 stock currently. Remote access rev was down significantly last Q. W/o switch revenue, the company would have likely shown a small profit at best. The acquisition of CSSC was prudent from the standpoint that the company would have been acquired by someone else by now.>> You are so right! The CSCC acquisition was a perfect match and ASND got a steal at $27.875! CSCC was on the verge of doing very well, but now with ASND sales staff and alliances they will really boom. CSCC will be the major contributor to EPS next year, flipflopping with the ASND products, even though both will grow.
