It's this thing Rush does. I think, but could be mistaken, that it is some weird take off on the kids in the school that made up the Obama song. I've seen clips of him doing it on TV... really, really strange to watch. I think ole Rushbo is going a little off the deep end.

I am beginning to get why Reagan closed all the mental institutions.....people like Rush get to stay out on the streets.
