I think its safe to assume you are not long. I think the reference to "hype" in this respectable editorial hits the nail on the head, both here and on the COMS thread.

Interesting references but nothing contained therein reflects on the specific claims by Townshend. He cannot patent the concept because there is too much prior art. People in Bell Labs worked on the concept 10 years before Townshend met with Rockwell. What is it? Does he have four aces or is he bluffing?
