I agree with what you say but when market psychology turns negative, and fear becomes the prevailing emotion, things have a way of getting "too" cheap. For example, SVGI "should have" been up a couple of points instead of down a point today. But seeing Asian contagion spill into Latin American markets today with Brazilian and Argentine down over 9% each, I think that alot of people just decided to sell stocks, even the best ones.

Jim Morgan may have a lot of influence on the industry, but I doubt if he can revive this aging bull market.

Perhaps we must unlearn the last lesson, that we can just buy the dip and it will all be alright. Markets don't always go up. They go down too. And bear markets are not always over in a day. Circuit breakers might just prolong the agony this time.
