Zeev,

This week has tried my patience many times. MLOG has held its own. Doug's TA says that earnings will be good, but like you said, it all depends on market conditions. If people don't panic and sell when the MMs take the price down, MLOG should be ok.

I've noticed the MMs like to fake weak holders out by spreading out the bid/ask. Patience is key.

People who want to see 12 in December should buy more on the dips, NOT sell out of fear and panic.

Zeev,

>> I would be very happy if MLOG does not decisively break 6 during the few days. If it holds, then Doug's might be right. If it breaks, Doug's own TA will tell him that we will see sub 5 before the end of the year. It is critical support holding time. And, the markets are going to be tough. <<

I'm holding MLOG and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about analysis. Can you tell me, in beginners terms, the specifics of your TA regarding "critical support"; why not breaking 6 right away is good; and if it did why it would drop below 5? I've been learning the basics of charting trends... can what you've said be drawn on a chart?

TIA
Carolyn
