I thought it was some fairly stupid joke, perhaps some reaction to some liberals claiming he should win a Nobel. I was shocked to discover it was true. I had to check several sources to confirm. ---- Two key White House aides were both convinced they were being punked when they heard the news, reported ABC News' George Stephanopoulos.
