Howdy All,

Could someone explain the cert issuing process from the time I tell my broker to get them until I receive them? I thought the TA would run out of certs, not the DTC. Also, what does DTC stand for and is there just one for RMIL or could each broker have a different DTC?

Thanks for the kind words. I have been around since the beginning but only posting when I believe value-added.

Looking forward to the celebration....been to both Aruba and Cleveland...this time of year I would rather be in Aruba!
