In other words, the Nobel Prize has become a title to award to those they HOPE can accomplish great things, rathar than to those who HAVE ALREADY accomplished great things. Yes, that's right. Its a kind of encouragement to give to someone they deem on the right path. Its highly evolved thinking. Someone who believes in creationism wouldn't understand.
