Of course you realize, Ted, that when you say "highly evolved thinking," I'm going to take that phrase literally. Either way, awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to Obama is a very liberal thing to do. Award the attempt, not the result. I wonder how many physicists will want the Nobel Prize based on what they hope to accomplish, rather than what they have already accomplished. Or economists. Or even writers (Nobel Prize for literature). Peace is not an invention nor a cure. Its an ongoing process......and on this planet, one that has never reached a finish line. There are people who work towards peace and there are people who work towards war. The Nobel peace prize honors those who work towards peace. Its a great honor.......I can understand why Obama feels humbled.
