Thanks for the "flowers" but they actually don't belong to me. It was Cinsco who first mentioned Siskinds on this forum: Message 25953785 A note of caution: This is NOT the time to become complacent!!! Siskinds is just one step but an important step which EVERYONE should broadcast to those they are in touch with; i.e. media, politicians, government watch dogs and special interest groups. They need to know that this NOT just about a single case class action. It's about (public) companies misleading investors and circumventing proper procedures. If we don't do this, the next public company we invest in will pull the same stunt!
