wait wait, I think I have a solution that will make everyone happy.... ok...so, we need to get rid of a bunch of nukes... and we want to pull our troops out of Afghanistan and Pakistan Let's pull our troops out...all of them and then we can ask our Afghani and Pakistani friends to take care of our nuclear weapons for us. Hell, we can even deliver the nukes to them. Probably most efficient if we just drop them from the planes. We could even help Iran's nuclear program the same way. Hey! Mahmoud! we have a delivery of plutonium for ya!
