With today's drop to $35 this gives FLR a 98' pe of about 15 on the high side. This includes reducing earnings to $2.30 for 1998. Their growth rate is around 15 %. I believe this provides a good area to average down at. Acording to this page FLR is trading at the bottom of it's historical 5 year range as measured by price-to-book, cash flow,sales.

I believe it is a safe place for $ in this top heavy market.
