However, I have heard a recent poll that indicates Congressional Rs and Ds are essentially tied in public perception. And I do know that there are a couple of key races underway in which Rs lead where Ds should be leading. The ebb and flow of midterm politics. It's never easy to do implement important initiatives...only dems take them on. Reps would gladly sweep social problems under a rug. Al
