Multiple lies in a single statement, as usual.

Long-abandoned? Maybe that explains why the BBC China was taken in the Suez Canal in Sept 03 carrying centrifuge parts from AQK to Libya.

At the time of this incident, Tenent and the Brits were engaged in discussions with Libya about renouncing its nuclear weapons programs. There is no evidence Clinton had any discussions with Libya about nuclear weapons, however, in '99 there were discussions about CHEMICAL weapons according to Indyk.

What we do know is that Libya restarted its gas centrifuge program in '95 and that those operations continued until the Iraq War.
