It is only empty if he never produces. Look at what Smirk said and did over 8 years. That is empty. Give Obama a few months before pronouncing it empty. After all, we have made more progress with Iran in Obama's few months than Smirk did in 8 years. So, based on that, it hasn't been totally empty as of now.
