Sorry, I continue to think hooking up with sex partners in bus station bathrooms is weird. I realize many liberals don't see it that way. Excuse me.......most liberals I know think its unhealthy. And unhealthy behavior is not confined to just gays......straights do some crazy things too. However, its more prevalent in the gay community. And its not the job of schools to facilitate kids find sex partners. Service clubs are a healthy way for teens to get to know each other. Get your mind out of the gutter. He doesn't want to queer elementary schools. He wants them to dicuss homosexual relationships along side hetro relationships so there is not a taboo on homosexuality Right, he wants to teach liberal sexual morality to kids in schools. He wants to teach healthy gay relationships in elementary school. You would see nothing wrong with that if you didn't suffer from homophobia. and people don't go to bathrooms looking for sex. Gays are out of the closet and liberated now, have gay bars but still do it. Remember that singer who got arrested in a park bathroom? He didn't have to try to meet guys there. Huh? There are still laws on the books in many states that consider same gender sex a crime. It was just a few years ago that two guys thought it was cool to crucify a gay man and to leave him to die in the woods. Every day in every major American city gays are mugged because they are gay. Kids still are teased and beat up by their peers for being effeminate even when they are not gay. Gays are more reviled than blacks and Latinos. If you are at all intelligent and aware, how do you think all that hate gets processed? Try to separate between sex and socializing. They are two different functions. Make up your mind. Its you who said that GSA's would provide teens with an alternative to bus station bathrooms. An alternative way to meet other gays. You don't have the power to make that determination. Its my country and I have a right to expose extremists with weird ideas in high government positions. Unfortunately, now that we're living in The Obamas reality show, there are a lot of such extremist weirdos in government positions. Dude, you're living in another time with attitudes from that time. The rest of us are moving forward.......you might consider doing the same. Just as people at one time expressed there revulsion of blacks and interracial marriage.....you are doing the same with gays. You are the problem, and not the Jennings of the world.
