He left the company in December 2006 and joined the Baron Group in May 2007. Mr. Hui is currently an associate director of Baron Capital Limited in Hong Kong, responsible for cross-border M&A activities, IPO’s and other direct investment initiatives. Thomas Wan Director Mr Wan is a director with Baron Asset Management Limited and Ping An Securities Limited. Mr. Wan possesses both investment management and property management experience from his previous employment with Regal Portfolio Management Limited as an asset management manager and Responsible Officer for the Regal Hotel Real Estate Investment Trust (Regal REIT) which is the first hotel REIT listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Regal REIT, Mr. Wan worked for Baron Asset Management Limited and its related companies. Mr. Wan also has extensive mechanical and engineering expertise gained over 25 years.
