Corey, IMO, you are helping many small investors by complaining to the SEC. Good for you. There are several longs that I respect (Jas, Wade, etc.) and I sincerely hope that their investment in Zitel is minimal.

Corey-consider your options tuition, poorer but wiser. I've paid a few hundred g's to the university of the market but fortunately have made a bit more. Its like debate. As a long, you need to understand the short's argument better than the shorts themselves and vice-versa. It was clear to me since last fall that the short side was more compelling, even as I was covering some shares @ 70 to avoid getting squeezed.
