I wasn't the only one on day 2, I was in good company w/ "The Legend" Harold Allen. I didn't talk to him afterwards but I'm sure he felt as bad or worse. He had a poor first day also. 10% Of the field zero'd day1...I had two. A limit went a long way this tournament. It only took 11 lbs a day to get a check, 15 lbs last one to win on Pickwick. Maybe 7lbs here?<g> I just need to make the cut for Nationals....You never know...it's fishing? From clear water to chocolate soup w/ current ...LOL, Should be fun? Red River is 7' high n rising , it will be even tougher but, the cold weather should cause them to move shallow to feed? I have until Friday to locate fish and figure it out. Toledo Bend was in serious transition ...it might be the same here? I'm definitely throwing a black buzzbait, white frog,flipping black n blue jigs etc....maybe, a brush hog on main river sand bars? ...more cold wet weather all week<g> I have good phone n internet connection so I should be able to do some selling ...nailed last week.<g>
