The question was about how much that shipment of cement would produce in volume of concrete: <Concrete runs about 2 short tons per cubic yard, about 2.4 metric tonnes per cubic meter.

Assume 8 inch walls and floor that leaves about 9 3x3 foot slabs per person. Even assuming the use of aggregate to make concrete doubles the volume, that is 18 3 by 3 foot slabs.

My point was just that the cement and water are largely interstitial and don't just add to the total volume of aggregate added.

So, 2 buckets of stones + 2 buckets of sand + 1 bucket of cement + 1 bucket of water does not give 6 buckets of concrete.
Depending on the size and shape of the stones and distribution of sand sizes, there might be as little as [at a guess] 3 buckets of concrete [your mileage may vary].

Carefully gap-graded aggregate will improve the strength of the concrete and reduce the amount of cement needed for maximum strength.
