Excellent point. Markets allowed to function will dictate where where is. Ultimately the cost of NG energy should dictate its use. A liquid BTU cost far more than a gaseous BTU. That is an unstable situation that will someday have to return to some type of reasonable equilibrium. Fleet transportation would seem to be a good way to start. In the Cleveland area there are NG powered buses. The diesel ones stink so I wish there were more.
